Samsung’s challenge to advertise all products ecosystem for the customer understanding the interaction among products and services provided.
The main goal was to push sales for all categories making it clear that technology is Samsung’s biggest strength.

How were the objectives met?

We developed a product a store-in-store space, simulating a full apartment with rooms and Samsung products connected in this environment.
Promoters were highly trained to show each interaction through product experience in a real time. 9 Connected Houses planned, built according to the available spaces in the store.
Had an increase of 30% in customers dwelling time in store and a growth of 12% in tie-in-sales (for instance; TV + Samsung Smartphone)
